[ale] Smoothwall 2.0 or IPCop 1.3.0?

I have stuck with Smoothwall. It just underwent a version upgrade. I
haven't seen IPCop, but I would expect the same excellence. If one has
more/better features, then go with that one, but I kinda think you wouldn't
go wrong with either.
