[ale] Coyote Linux PPPoE negotiation with Speedfactory

Thank you Greg and Geoffrey for your recommendations.  Both of them
require that I reconfigure the hardware on the box which I have stripped
down to run as my headless/diskless router/firewall, not that that's a
big deal.  But it would be my second choice, compared to a single floppy
solution.

I will definitely take a look at these options, however.
