The problem with that position is that spammers have already shown that they
don't care how many emails they send to get their returns - they are willing to
send more, via zombied MS boxes, offshore relays, etc. The issue of my mailbox
full of spam is only have of it - the amount of bandwidth consumed by spam is
increasing, and will continue to do so. "Just hit delete" will never address that.
