Okay, so the focus is to share the transfer load.  Well, I'm up to 130+ 
KiB/s now, so that's not too bad.  Upload is still low, although jumped 
a bit to >20.

I'm downloading the latest mandrake 9.2 that's provided to members.  The 
only link they provide is a bittorrent link, so I don't have a choice 
but to go that route.
