I think that's great.  If you've got the funds, put some towards one of 
the distros.  Patrick is my first choice for throwing money at.   Most 
recently, I've purchased box sets of SuSE (8.1 personal and pro, 82. 
pro) and I've joined the Mandrake Club.  I plan on re-upping my Mandrake 
membership, even though I don't actively use that distro.  I think their 
doing a good job.  I do need to install the 9.2 Mandrake goods when 
they're available though to insure I'm still liking what I'm investing in.

I'm sorry to here about the emacs thing, I think there's a cure though..

I can send you the rpms for Mozilla from 8.1 or 8.2.  Don't know if 
they'll work with what you've got, but you can give it a spin, just let 
me know?
