[ale] Server Vendor Hardware

A number of people came back with good, local solutions. The problem is
was have sites in Atlanta, California (3), Seattle (2), New York (2),
London, Tokyo, etc. A total of 24 sites that would need the 4hour
service. While I'd much rather pay a local vendor we like, that won't
help much when Seattle blows a motherboard, etc.
Thus spake Robert L. Harris (Robert.L.Harris at rdlg.net):

Don't stop traffic to stand and gawk at the tragedy.
