[ale] video card recommendation?

I run Matrox cards on my linux boxen.  I don't play games or really 
_push_ the graphics cards to their limits though.  If you enter the 
Matrox linux forum, there's a guy named Brian (I think) [an employee] 
and he provides great and quick linux support.  The only boards that 
I've used are the g450 and g400, so they're a little bit out dated these 
days - but my primary use was the DualHead displays.  At any rate, the 
Matrox linux support forum is suprisingly helpful.  The corporation, 
however, doesn't always release all of the details necessary to utilize 
all of the features of their cards.  As such, you'll get superb customer 
support, but limited [linux] functionality (due to corporate 
infrastructure) with the Matrox cards.

Albeit a mixed review, but a review none-the-less -
