[ale] Opera 7.11 Linux Final is Out

The "public final" 7.11 update of the Opera for Linux web browser has been
released and is available for free download at:

  http://www.opera.com/download/index.dml?platform=linux

I've used Opera as my primary browser for years now. Since updating to version 
6.11 I have rarely run into pages or forms that Opera for Linux wouldn't 
handle. The big news here is that, as of this 7.11 release, Opera for Linux 
will now be maintained as feature and version current with Opera for winblows 
development!
