Hey guys, I found a neat little PCMCIA "device" that I want to put in my
desktop PC. I know that the PCMCIA stack works great under linux for
notebooks/laptops, but what I'm wondering is if I get PCMCIA-to-PCI
adapter card and pop my PCMCIA card into it, will I need "drivers" or
some sort of "layer" in order to allow me to use the device? Or does
the PCMCIA-to-PCI card just provide a different _physical_ interface to
the PC?

Anyone have any ideas on this conversion and/or if I'll need specific
drivers for my adapter card? If so, got any brands that are
penguin-powered?

Much thanks,
- -CB
