[ale] Web Hosting Recommendation?

I know this subject has been covered before on this list, but when I tried to 
search the archives I got the 500 error.

     Can someone recommend a good web host that is reliable?


I am looking for hosting with MySQL/PHP4, high bandwidth transfer, but most 
importantly redundant back up systems and/or high reliability. I would like 
hosting that can handle the traffic spikes that I get.

Currently, *the* database server at ww.webquarry.com (my host provider) 
crashed and has been off-line for almost 24 hours. I need a hosting company 
that has a decent Plan B.

Please send recommendations offline in consideration of other members.
