[ale] Redhat v9, Tomcat v4.1.24, J2sdk v1.4.2 HTTP Status 500No Context configured...

Deploy the sample index.jsp into the $CATALINA_HOME/webapps/ROOT
directory. Then connect to the site and see if it displays. If
an error is generated, It will spew out exceptions and information
in the tomcat logfiles.
