[ale] Lan Browser in Konqueror showing machine names not on LAN

I wonder if this is a side effect of IFITL? Are you dynamic? If they
come and go, I'd expect that it's an indicator that folks are coming and
going on the network. Pretty bizarre. If I was in your position, I'd
probably nmap these guys, but then, I don't know that bellsouth would be
too pleased.
