I guess it depends on your point of view. They are blocking port 25
then, just providing you a service to use for that purpose. But some
folks prefer to run their own mail server.

Bellsouth drags their feet whenever they're dealing with anyone who's
trying to get into their business. They're not regulated enough as far
as I'm concerned. Not until they've got some real competition.
