Thanks. right before I got your email, i got it working.  the only two
settings I'm using are:

alias char-major-81 bttv
options tuner type=2

I'll have to investigate the options you're using futher.  I assume their
to tweak performance?

Being able to watch a game and code at the same time is *awesome* ;-).
