[ale] OT: Job Market in Savannah (and other coastal communities)...

If anyone does try to locate in Savannah, though, I
can help out with where to live. I know most everyone
at the board of education, but they have tech jobs
right now in the 10-15 an hour range, Verisign is
looking for CCNA's, Blue Water is a local networking,
server company that hires only the seasoned vets, A&V
Electric is trying to branch out and be a cisco
affiliate and grab as much work as possible, but they
are not big yet. Savannah Tech has a horrible teaching
staff and just lost one of their corner stone IT
professors, so you may want to augment income teaching
night classes (the unix class they had was just
pathetic and lasted 1 semester) As far as other
opportunities, SCAD has a large MAC it department (art
school) I hope that helps.
