You're not looking for a "card" per-se... You just need a header cable.  
One end of the cable will most likely be a jumper-header-looking 
connector and the other end will be 2 firewire female receptacles ...


I've got one that I might not use; but I'm not sure yet.  If you can 
wait a few weeks/month I'll let you know.
