[ale] ALE-South Meeting Times

When would the ALE south people want to meet?  I'm about to check the
room's schedule, and need to know which day we want to meet.  I'm
assuming we don't want to meet at the same time as the ALE Central
meeting.  Is the 3rd Thursday good?
