They were terrible under Media Minus One.  They were worse under AT&T.
You're welcome to call their help number at 678-545-7372 and see if
they can be bothered even to answer and ask you your name and OS.

Look carefully at bandwidth.  Cable download frequently can be larger
than DSL but not uploads.  With Mindsproing DSL, for an extra $10/mo
you can get a static IP and they even allow you to put up a web server.
AT&T will block port 80 under the excuse of preventing viruses.  (They
sure didn't block port 1434 -- slammer -- so that is BS.)
