Interesting point. If they numbers are truly as low as he says (3.7% of
all IT jobs), and the rise in 'offshore' stadards of living significant, then
the H1-B program may be useful in keeping the jobs here - if enough Indians want
$60,000/year when living in India for work does for American business, it
won't be economical to outsource offshore there.....
