I've got the 2.6 kernel working. But it's very quick to go to 100% CPU
consumption, so that my machine seems slower than before. The only odd thing
I see in the logging is this message:

Dec 21 20:26:59 localhost last message repeated 3 times
Dec 21 20:28:00 localhost last message repeated 2 times
Dec 21 20:28:29 localhost kernel: sensors: numerical sysctl 7 2 1 is obsolete.
Dec 21 20:30:00 localhost last message repeated 3 times
Dec 21 20:30:30 localhost kernel: sensors: numerical sysctl 7 2 1 is obsolete.
Dec 21 20:32:59 localhost last message repeated 5 times
Dec 21 20:34:29 localhost last message repeated 3 times
Dec 21 20:35:59 localhost last message repeated 3 times
Dec 21 20:36:29 localhost kernel: sensors: numerical sysctl 7 2 1 is obsolete.

What is this?

Also, I can't get it to recognize my sound card no matter what I do. Most
modules are working fine, but anything connected with Alsa simply doesn't
load. Here is what happens when I try to load my sound card module:

 [root at localhost pci]# /sbin/insmod snd-ens1370.ko
insmod: error inserting 'snd-ens1370.ko': -1 Unknown symbol in module

I tried rebuilding the Alsa drivers, but it always comes out the same. The
module-init-tools are installed, otherwise my other modules wouldn't load. I
have searched the Alsa mailing lists and done some Google searches and no
dice. The module for soundcore loads fine, but that's independent of the Alsa
modules.

Any ideas on either of these problems would be greatly appreciated.
