[ale] more on make command problems

Put your CD or DVD in the drive.  Start up Yast2.  Go into the 
Installation of Software module.  You can search for make to find it.   
Also, you should click on the Check on Dependencies Automatically box 
and then select gcc and the kernel source out of the Development 
packages before you exit.  The search function can really help in 
finding a package, then the auto dependency checking loads everything 
else that package you found needed.
