Uh, Ian Murdock is the founder. His then-girlfriend (now wife, I
understand) is the "Deb" in Debian linux -- he's the "ian" part.

Famed corporate maverick Ransom Love is on the BOD as well.

So they have the reputable part down pretty well. I haven't worked with
them however.
