[ale] HOWTO: change Netscape BORDER from putrid green to nice grey, like the rest of browser window

Thank you for your input.

I am using Window Maker as a win/mgr and if the win/mgr controlls the 
borders of the Netscape browser, the question remains.........how do I 
change this color.

I should add that under root the display is grey but under a non-root 
user....the green border arises.
