As far as I know, there is no Yahoo-webcam support outside of Windows
or MacOS (9 or X).  An IM client called "ayttm" claims the ability to
see a yahoo-cam, but I'm not aware of anything besides Windows/Mac
that can originate a feed.

I'd be pleased to be wrong about this.
