Look at paypal.com. I don't know about a Quicken interface, but you have the
bills sent to a unique box at their center, they open the bill and send you an
email stating the merchant, the amount and the due date. You (via the web)
cause the bill to be paid. Upon payment you have either a check number or EFT
(for electronic funds transfer) and a confirmation number.
