[ale] [OT] job hunting in other cities

Done it a few times.  Try flipjob as well as monter, gotten some good
hits when I was lookin in the past.

Better yet though are still the newsgroups.  Alt.jobs, etc.  Do some
poking, post a resume and do some reading.  Alot the recruiters don't
know how to use it but they dont need to.  They give reqs out to geeks
who do the postings and get a commision from the recruiter.
