	Trust me, I know enough about my mail client to reply correctly. It was a mistake, not an intentional action and I resent your assertion that it had more to do with malice or incompetence than folly.

If the person wanted to reply to the sender, they would have chosen the 
option in their mail client to do so.  If they do not know enough of 
their mail client to be able to make this distinction, they should a) 
become more educated on their mail client or b) change mail clients.
