[ale] [ Installing RH 7.3 ] Video driver

Hello all.  I am really hoping someone can help me with this problem.  I
juts bought a cheap new Dell to install Redhat 7.3 on but it does not seem
to like my video card.  Is there anyway I can get this thing working?!  I am
new to Linux so explanations would be GREATLY appreciated!

Problem:
Starts up into Linux but the screen goes blank when it is going to start the
graphical display.  It then flashed back to the command line login.  I am
able to login as root at this point but if I then type startx it says the
video card won't work.  Does anybody know of a driver I can use that will
make it work?  Also, how do I set it to this driver?

My system:
Dell Dimension 4500s
Windows XP / Redhat 7.3

Video Card:

Any help as to how to get graphical redhat working would be absolutely
