[ale] Linux on Apple

Hi there, my friend have an Apple G3 (Wall Street) laptop and he recently install Mandrake 8.2 ppc, but now, the keyboard is mapped incorrectly, the
shift key and CAPS does not work - does anyone know a fix for this.
