[ale] resizing NTFS

It's been a while, but on a winNT4 setup, I had an admin tool that could
manipulate partition sizes on the fly. disk admin I think. It was
possible to shrink an NTFS partition and give the freed space to
"unallocated".
Glad to hear the windows part is getting used less and less :)
