Inside front cover of the Tiger Direct catalog today announces "Lindows
is Here!", but the best part is what this traditionally MS only
reseller has to say:
"Family licensing allows you to use on multiple computers vs. old way
of one license per machine
...
* Compatible with files and data from older operating systems and
applications (.doc, .xls, .ppt, .mp3, etc)
* Compatible with a few "bridge" Microsoft(r) Windows compatible
applications to help users migrate to a new world"
The web writeup is less verbose but still pretty glowing.

Note: I am not affiliated in any way with Tiger Direct and I'm
certainly not selling anything. Just really excited to see Lindows
wander into the cost-conscious and mass-market catalog in a prominent
place. I just absolutely loved the wording of this, talking about
Microsoft as "old" and Linux as the "new world".
