[ale] PGP/GPG Session... RFC...

  Probably useful would be to cover:

"theory" -- how PGP/GPG encryption works on a "human scale" without
    getting into too much math
"when to use pgp" --  what do I need to sign, what do I need to encrypt
"managing keys"  -- planning for those who loose things like ssh and pgp
    keys on a regular basis
"basic command line"  --  for those who want to know more than just
    encrypt/decrypt


Should be coverable in 1 session if not too much detail is used.  I use
PGP for certain files, images, etc I don't want spread around but when I
talk to my father he asks things like when to encrypt and such that
makes me wonder.

That and I constantly loose my keys when servers die, etc is a bit of a
discouragement
