[ale] printer problems

It's not all that large. 281k.  I'm trying to print it from gimp and it 
does start to print.  That is, the page is fed and the printer actually 
I get a few passes and then it just stops.

I even tried reducing the image (scale) by 50% and still had the same 
problem.  The wierd thing is some things print others do not.  No error 
message or anything though.  The process is out there, but since my 
print server is a standalone machine, I can see that nothing is really 
happening as the load is 0.0.


I'll pull it up in the browser and try it from there.

It appears it's going to print from the browser, as it's certainly 
gotten further then before. The problem is that the browser provides the 
option to print to various printers, whereas, gimp provides further 
options to print to higher resolutions.  It's at the higher resolutions 
that I have the problem.  The printer certainly supports it, so I don't 
know what the problem might be.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
