[ale] Ale search utility (was Re: [ale] requests for help)

I actually have pretty good luck using Google with the
'site:http://www.ale.org search-criteria' syntax.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
