[ale] "Zoran" chipset on a capture card?

I was just given get my mother in law's capture card working.  It has
a "Zoran" chipset on it but that's pretty much all the info.  They lost
the doc, etc a long time ago.   Has anyone seen this type of card
before?  It has an RCA in and out and 2 svideo connections.
