Subject: [ale] ALE NW meeting summary
I'd like to thank Dow for his presentation last night with the
installation of SuSE 8.0. Although I was to assist, I was tardy and
that combined with my lack of recent experience with SuSE, left Dow
pretty much on his own.
I think it was a good meeting, lighter than previous attendance, which
can probably be attributed to the fact school's out at KSU. I'd guess
there were 10-15 folks, although I never remember to take an actual head
count.
Thanks again to Bob Toxen for providing the pizza and the KSU Lug and
KSU ACM for hosting.
As I was late folks please feel free to summarize the first 30 minutes
of the meeting if you'd like to add to this summary.
So, what would folks be interested in for next meeting? Security,
another install, cd burning, DVD burning??? Let me know and we'll see
who we can coerce into presenting.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
