[ale] kernel.org MIA?

It *appears* to be a slowdown on the www.Kernel.org box itself. A telnet on
port 80 to it does eventually connect, but eventually closes even when an
HTTP GET request is sent to it. It's on the Internet Software Consortium
network. www.ISC.org seems a bit slower than usual, but at least comes up.
