[ale] Printer margin offsets?

Reasonable guess, but:

- the Printconf test page is specifically for US Letter (there is a
  separate A4 test page as well)
- AbiWord's Page Setup dialog shows Letter for paper size.

Anywhere else I need to check for A4?
