[ale] Linux on Mainframes (bashed)...

Has a rather dour look at Linux on mainframes. I think they have built a 
wobbly conclusion
on a framework of unwarranted assumptions. They seem to think that 
software updates made
between 0.x versions are a bad thing. Is the Meta Group in someone's 
pocket? Anyone know?
