[ale] FAQ alert: Losing ^M

Hi Joe,

if you have dos2unix that will work, if not in vi you can use the following
command at the ":" prompt:

       %s/^V^M//

NOTE: the ^V^M pair are 2 keystrokes (CTRL-V and CTRL-M).
