[ale] upgrade from HD

I'm taking this back to the list.

I just reviewed the RH 7.3 images/README file and it says:

boot.img - boot image for CD and hard drive based install

So it should offer you the option of installing from a hard drive.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
