You know, I don't know what the answer is here. I think for one thing,
this list has been a lot quieter lately, on Linux anyway. It may be
that the fact that the noise ratio is higher, primarily because the
linux related posts have been down.
The biggest problem, I think is how does one determine something is OT?
Sure, a viagra ad is OT. But there is a lot of grey area. Consider this.
Posts regarding:
Problems after adding new memory on their Linux box.
burning a Linux cd on a windows box.
burning a windows cd on Linux.
C training.
Perl question.
Apache question.
job opening for a Linux admin.
request for Linux art.
Linus Torvalds religious convictions.
We've all seen many of the above. Sure there have been some posts
lately that have had absolutely nothing to do with Linux or a mention of
it. I don't know what the answer is. Just jogging some more brain
cells maybe.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
