I have been setting up the Soyo P41 Fire Dragon board for a client. It
has onboard IDE Raid by way of a HighPoint UDMA/ATA133 controller.

I don't have all the bugs out of the installation process yet so I can't
comment of the overall performance.

But, Highpoint will get more of my business. They have published
_detailed_ direction and drivers and even a raid controller gui on their
website for Linux.

There is a bug in the drivers/ide/ide-pci.c that will cause a kernel
panic so the direction must be followed exactly to avoid it.

Grub finds the boot sector (Master boot record on the first drive in the
raid 0/1 array) then it croaks with the error:

Error 15: file not found

I'm sure this has to do with the raid organization being misconfigured.
The array shows itself as /dev/sda. Which makes sense.

So is grub unable to find init? (Digging more into grub docs...)
