[ale] RPM hangs on a website?

Ok, I found the rpms that I needed to resolve dependencies. Now I get an odd 
message like below. RPM hangs after reaching the !DOCTYPE failed error 
message. I moved all of the rpms to a different directory - to see if it was 
some additional file that caused the problem - but the problem persists.

[root at localhost rpm]# rpm -Uvvh --test *.rpm
etc  . . . ..
