Ok, assign a "quality factor on a scale of 1-10" of Denver: 9,  Atlanta
7.

But then you add in "happy wife near her family" turns denver into 8 and
Atlanta into 11.


Denver isn't as clean as you'd think and there are 0 jobs out here.
With interlocken pushed as hard as it was and it pretty much taking a
diver it's dead out here.
