I didn't use the word conspiracy either, you did. :)

I don't think it's anything so elaborate.  More like they don't
believe in Anti-Trust law and have received tons of money from
Microsoft.  Microsoft's Security Chief just went to work for
the Bush administration about 30 days ago as well, with the
goal of building a secure federal network.  I found that to
be burst out loud laughing humorous.

Frankly, it doesn't matter much to me what you believe.  Only
that you ask yourself, deep in your heart, in an analytical manner,
is the Bush settlement with Microsoft going to solve the problems?

Send that opinion in to the Tunney Act.  Remember that your
opinion is for perpetuity.  It's not about your current job,
or what you are paid to use, and is politically correct to use.

It's how you truly feel about the settlement.
