[ale] SSH fm Win2k to Linux/FreeBSD

	r	 to replace a single char
	dw	to change a word
	dW	to change a big chain of characters.

	I've been use putty and commerical SSH2 clients from F_secure, and
I prefer putty better, for windows platform, at least.
