Isn't that what we are talking about?  Who said anything about banning
anyone from doing anything?

If I think something is bad, I am absolutely within my rights to
complain about it.  If I think AT&T is doing something bad, then I
should complain, especially if I am a customer, employee, community
member or stockholder.  In a case like AT&T, I think they are big
enough that even general citizens should speak up as we are all part
of their community, like it or not.

But that is a far cry from saying that I think AT&T should be banned,
fined, taxed, or otherwise forced to behave in a particular manner.
There is a world of difference between "I think AT&T should do this"
and "I think AT&T should be forced to do this".
