I appreciate the feedback.  It appears that AT&T has (attempted to) 
address this issue.  Just the same, I'll be inquiring about this on an 
employee forum.  I don't know if I'm more embarrassed or disgusted...

I didn't have to by my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
