Not sure what you mean, but if they've got a hankerin' for a total Linux
solution, SuSE's OpenExchange looks pretty slick.

If so, I think they'd be better served by a secure, purpose built,
screening SMTP such as one of the many Antivirus products than a full
featured MTA. It sounds like they're looking to get Exchange behind the
firewall and put something more secure in the DMZ for public access.

Ideally, assuming Exchange is in the loop...

INTERNET----->ANTIVIRUS SMTP GW------>EXCHANGE

The McAfee and Norton solutions work very well. I believe there are
several Linux based solutions as well, but I only have experience with
these.
